Delete your CallThem Marketplace account

In the app (immediate)

1. Open CallThem Marketplace and sign in.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

You can also do this on the website: open your profile.

Without the app

Send an email to raymond@callthem24.com or a WhatsApp message to +237640285880 from the email address or number on your account, asking us to delete it. We do it within 7 days and confirm.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, email, password and WhatsApp number.
• If you sell: your shop(s), branches, products, photos and their statistics. They disappear from the marketplace, and from search engines when those next visit.
• Your inquiries, wishlist, searches and activity.

Delete some of your data, and keep your account

• Products, branches and shop details (sellers): delete or edit them in the app under My Store.
• Name and profile details: change them in Profile.
• Anything else — your WhatsApp number, inquiries, search and viewing history, or photos: email raymond@callthem24.com or send a WhatsApp message to +237640285880 saying what you want deleted. We do it within 7 days and confirm.

What may be kept

• If your login is also used for a CallThem business account, the login itself stays (for CallThem); everything on the marketplace is still deleted.
• Records the law requires us to keep, and server logs and backups, which are overwritten within a few weeks.
